Who We Are

We have a distinct vision for business ownership.

We believe that people who spend their lives building a business shouldn’t have to worry about the business closing when they’re ready to retire or move on.

We also believe that business ownership shouldn’t be limited only to those who already have money. The people most likely to run a business well, and to reinvest in the place they live, are usually the last ones in the room when it sells.

This is why we leverage seller-financing as an intentional means for Main Street business transactions. It’s a mechanism that makes ownership a possibility for exponentially more individuals while giving more owners the opportunity to actually sell their business.

Every business owner should be able to exit on their own terms.

Every qualified entrepreneur should have the opportunity to continue on the legacies of others - even if they don’t already have capital.

We’ve created the processes to make sure both parties win. We’ve used them ourselves to purchase our first businesses. And now we’re taking that process to the Main Streets across Kansas and Missouri.

Our Team

Keith Davenport

Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Keith used seller financing to enter the world of small business and immediately found a home. In less than two years, he more than doubled the value of the business, creating a lasting benefit for both his community and his family of six. Since then, he's become an active advocate for using seller financing to open the doors of entrepreneurship to individuals and families who may not have access to traditional capital. He's taken that message on the road, from teaching through the Small Business Administration's Kansas SBDC to podcasts to one-on-one coaching. When he's not analyzing deals he's studying business strategy, spending time with his family, or trying to convince his wife to let him buy another dog, (he already has three).

Jess Raymond

Co-Founder & COO
After nearly two decades managing administrative systems and finance for nonprofits, Jess pivoted to build her own operations firm. As a fractional COO and online business manager, she's built financial systems from scratch, run full HR and payroll functions, untangled multi-entity books, and closed acquisitions — scaling past six figures in two years on word of mouth alone. As partner and COO of Blazer Brokerage Group, she makes sure a deal is more than a signature and is passionate about helping people build businesses that in turn build their lives and their communities. In her free time, she's a mom to a very busy toddler who keeps her busy with dress up, everything princess, and chasing their dog, Pickle!
